• Assembly of design team through research and interview process.

• Completion of pre-qualification documentation.

• Preparation of Bid Budget, Team Structure & Communications from start to finish.

• Scheduling, chairing and minuting of all relevant meetings. 

• Management of production of all relevant documentation for final bid submission.

• All other required services necessary to optimise a client's ability to be successful in the tender.
