• Services relevant to provision of a holistic management of one off residential projects (home/house builds, extensions)

• If you only require drawings for planning, we are more than happy to arrange for these to be prepared on an ad hoc basis at reasonable rates. 

• We can arrange for drawingsto be prepared from inception through to planning, adequate for tendering and detail required for construction.

• If a client already has an architect enlisted, we work with them to deliver the needs of the client, within the time and cost constraints imposed.

• We can prepare cost estimates and cost plans so that the client can track and monitor project costs.

• We put in place change control processes that allow the client to query changes and alterations in advance and understand the cost and programme implications without expending any costs. 

• We can manage the tendering process to allow the client to obtain the greatest value for money, using such small builder interfaces such as www.onlinetradesmen.ie .

• We can advise  on the best means of obtaining a high BER rating on the property, and how to minimise the day to day energy costs of the property.

• We manage the process from inception through to completion , and can even provide Interior Design services through one of our partners.

• We allow the client to only need to attend meetings every few weeks and make key decisions, and not need to get bogged down in the technical detail of the project.
