Development Monitoring : 

• Services relevant to requirements under funding agreements and other such requirements. 

• Prepare reports (peer review/value for money) to support funding applications. Prepared in co-ordination with Clients Cost Consultants.

• Prepare initial project report for the funding body giving an opinion on all aspects of the project to include: procurement; value for money; legal documentation (contract, appointments, collateral warranties and relevant insurance); programme; contractor’s experience; design team’s experience; change control procedures; potential value engineering; risk assessment.

• Prepare regular reports to monitor progress v’s programme, budget v’s cost and to keep a register of all potential risks to the project and what mitigation has been undertaken by the design team.
